Believe it or not, there are many people today who are willing to get their arm inked, but just can’t decide which arm tattoo design to choose. Either they found more than a few candidates which makes them hard to pick the right one, or nothing they found trilled them enough to say: ‘Hell yes, this is the one I want to have on my arm!’ Some people would say that having so many choices today in picking the right arm tattoo just makes their life harder.
Take my basketball buddy Antony for example. He always wanted to get a tattoo on his arm and actually he got the first one, many years ago – while we were still teenagers.
Since his last name is Rooster and since he likes basketball very much (don’t we all?), he actually inked a strong big rooster on his left shoulder standing on a basketball ball. A few days a go I took a photo of this tattoo, which you can find it here in this text. As you can see the color and contours faded over the years. He inked this one fifteen years ago and he will go these days to his artist for refreshing this rooster tattoo. But this is not actually what I was trying to tell you here. He has another tattoo on his right shoulder which he got two years ago. I remember he went through a lot of trouble over picking the right one for his right arm.
First he wanted to get a small tribal armband tattoo. But when he actually saw the whole spectrum of different designs and types in tattoos market, he just got more confused than he ever was. He even wanted to get his girlfriend’s name inked on his
right shoulder.
Thank God he didn’t because they broke up last year! Really, from so many arm tattoos for men how could one make a right decision? Ok, at least you know you won’t be looking for tattoos for girls – that really narrows your search, isn’t it? The art itself really improved over the time and that just made Antony’s search much heavier than he expected in the first place. Eventually he decided to take a big black cross. In my personal opinion, he had better alternatives in his search, but the most important thing is that HE was sure HE wants to wear that, everything else is irrelevant. Today he is more than satisfied with this cross tattoo. You can see it right here in the text so feel free to judge it for yourself.
